Executive leadership consulting has gained significant popularity, and rightfully so, due to the proven return on investment it delivers. Through my experience, I've discovered that most developing leaders, both in civilian and military settings, encounter similar challenges. Certain common themes tend to emerge consistently. With proper guidance and development, there is a pathway to accelerate leadership growth. This growth can be achieved by:

2) Practicing habits that are prevalent among the most elite leaders.

Combined with a fundamental knowledge of what it takes to drive high-performing teams, I empower others to achieve their goals. The Nautilus

The ancient Nautilus (meaning “sailor” in Greek) is a symbol of proportional perfection. It is one of the only shells to continue from the time of the dinosaurs. It is also the perfect paradox – having survived relatively unchanged for over 450 million years, the Nautilus is, oddly enough, a symbol for expansion and renewal as it grows increasingly larger chambers throughout its life.
The Nautilus Shell encapsulates what we try to achieve in our work: balance, beauty, consistency and continual growth. We strive to integrate that perfect paradox…to create stability by keeping what has always been good, but to generate change by discovering what needs to improve. We want to strike that perfect balance between justice and progress that helps us become a more civil society.
